SHIPPING

Pretty Little This N That ships anywhere in the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please allow 2-7 business days for expected delivery.  Orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, usually within 48 hours of cleared payment.  Please note for PayPal customers who use their checking or savings account to remit payment, it may take up to 7 days for your payment to clear.  Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed.  Expedited shipping or signature confirmation may be available at your request, for an additional fee.  You will receive a shipment notification email  containing tracking information.    Once USPS confirms your package has been delivered, Pretty Little This N That is no longer responsible for your package.  Please ensure that your billing and delivery address are entered correctly.  

 

RETURNS

No refunds will be issued.  All sales are final.  

We inspect our products carefully for defects before shipment.  Exchanges or store credit will be issued for items that may be damaged upon arrival or shipped in error.  Any defective or wrong item received must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation date and returned to us in its original packaging.  Please contact prettylittlethisnthat@gmail.com for further instructions.
